    There are so many emotions that we go through when we start a new renovation. There is always a great buzz of excitement when we first start.  I mean, who doesn’t love a new challenge?   Then there are hurdles that sometimes make things complicated.  Mixing old with new isn’t as easy as it seems sometimes, and this can test our patience and perseverance.  Then there are the things that are beyond your control – things not working, trades not completing work on time.  Being told that something will be completed by a certain time and not being able to meet deadlines is beyond frustrating!  But then there is the end result.  The thing that gives us the most satisfaction out of anything else that we do.   (more…)
